Located in the most iconic development in Saudi Arabia, NEOM, this concept for a private luxury villa was created for high-end living through architectural vision, fluidity, skill and sophistication and a carefully structured integration of wellness, entertainment, and cultural spaces. Designed for an elite clientele, the residence is a crafted masterpiece, designed by high-class world architects through manual craft and artificial inteligence.

The villa balances grandeur and intimacy, housing expansive master suites, a series of guest residences, and dedicated areas for leisure, culture, and fitness. Majestic living and dining spaces lead to immersive creative rooms, a private museum, and state-of-the-art wellness facilities, including a full spa, fitness center, and pools.
